• Cleanliness: 7.5 La habitación muy bien. La limpieza impecable entre mesas en el desayuno. Los cojines de silla del Restaurante Fondue tenían manchas de comida. Los sofas del Bistro/Chimenea me provocaron alergia (tengo alergia al polvo).
• Location: 10 Todo muy fácil y accesible. Muy buena organización y gestión de Vehículos y Material de Ski por parte del Hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Todo Muy Bien a excepción de la zona de sofas en Bistro/Chimenea que se veían antiguos y no muy limpios.
• Staff: 10 Exelente. TODOS. Recepción, restauración, parking y botones, limpieza y Spa. Un auténtico placer el trato!!
• Quietness: 7.5 Estamos en la 501, la habitación muy bien insonorizada del exterior. Lo único se oía los pasos y movimientos de la gente en la habitación de arriba en la planta 6.
• Room: 7.5 La Cama super cómoda. La vista preciosa. Los detalles habitación y equipamiento baño perfecto. El cuarto de baño un poco pequeño por ser Junior Suite. Los muebles de TV un poco antiguos y con desperfectos.
• Value for money: 7.5 La restauración muy buena relación calidad-precio. La tarifa de la habitación Junior Suite un poco elevada por los motivos anteriormente mencionados. (Tamaño y desperfectos.)

• Value for money: 7.5 The restaurant was over priced, 34€ for each person for a very small meat fondue.
