  • Negative: El calentador de las botas en el guardesquis. Es inconcebible que no tengan el calentador de las botas encendido en la mañana (con suficiente tiempo antes de que abran las pistas) y hasta el regreso de las pistas de sus clientes.

  • Positive: The convenience of the lockers and proximity to gondola.
  • Negative: The hotel temperature is too hot. Hotel rooms, lounge and all restaurants were very hot. It was uncomfortable for the whole family. Also, paying to use the spa is ridiculous. You don't have a spa that is worth paying 40euros for.

  • Cleanliness: 5 Mostly clean, but your kids club jungle gym needs a VERY good clean. It was filthy.

  • Positive: les multiples attentions qui rendent le séjour très agréable , casier à ski au pied des pistes , voiturier très agréable , gestion parfaite des bagages, mise à disposition d'un vestiaire ....
  • Negative: ma demie pension du 1 er soir ne m'avait pas été expliquée et je ne suis pas allée dans le bon restaurant et on m'a facturé le dîner pris tout simplement à la caféteria, mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres .......
