• Positive: The bed was big and comfortable.
• Negative: The 'suite' was not what I expected for the price. It was a bedroom with a small area off it with a couch. There was only one tiny window which opened. There was very little choice for breakfast if you are a vegetarian. The breakfast I ended up with was dried up eggs and pancakes. One of the electric switches buzzed when I used it which was frightening. I reported this to the evening staff who dismissed my concern.

• Staff: 5 When I arrived late in the evening and saw my 'suite' I said to staff I would like to reduce my stay and find alternative accommodation in the morning. They said I would be charged an extra night unless I cancelled it there and then. It was of course impossible for me to find alternative accommodation so late in the evening. I also had booked the room on the understanding that cancelling was an option.
