• Cleanliness: 10 Quite clean.
• Location: 10 Keep your eyes open to find the hotel - only a small "Trianon" Hotel sign. Short walk to Gare de Lyon in one direction and the Nation Metro station in the other. Lovely little sandwich shop across the street and photo shop below - quite handy.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Simple yet good breakfast in charming basement level (a bit overpriced - but convenient on Sunday morning before a flight).
• Staff: 10 Absolutely wonderful staff - At the front desk, in the breakfast room, housekeeping staff.
• Quietness: 10 Rather quiet for a city location - very little outside noise and almost no inside noise.
• Room: 7.5 No complaints. Traditional(older)somewhat small European hotel room with double bed, but with full bath. Lovely view of street corner.
• Value for money: 10 No complaints. Convenience and cleanliness, lovely staff.

• Staff: 7.5 Most of the staff speak English if required.
• Quietness: 2.5 Hotel is on a main street so some traffic noise heard even though the windows are double-glazed. Noise from neighbouring rooms was a problem.
• Room: 5 Room size smallish but as expected for price. Bathroom small but usable.
