• Positive: The breakfast was good as well as the bathroom. As well as the location which is good, close to the metro.
• Negative: The bed was horrible.it was not a real bed but one of those if you have someone to sleepover at your place. We had a double bed,but couldn"t sleep on it together,because it was too old (there was like a hole in the bed where you would lay in together). So the 2nd night we put the matress on the ground so that we could sleep. I have never seen such bad beds in a hotel in mu entire life. It's just ashaming that they even charge for it!!!

• Cleanliness: 5 We found an old headset in the closet and some dust, means no good cleaning. The bathroom was clean!

• Negative: thin walls (you can hear your neighbours talking) and some quiet music (radio station) that plays in the room 24/7 without the possibility of turning it off

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Very clean bathroom with towels being changed every day at your request. Clean room but bed linen could be changed more often.
• Location: 7.5 Two kilometres from sights such as Sagrada Familia, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas and even closer to Arc de Triomf, , Monumental, Torre Agbar and Parc de la Ciutadella!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Good breakfast (coffee, milk, honey, three-to-four types of bread, three types of cereals, butter, a variety of jams/marmalades, boiled eggs, etc. The breakfast room is available throughout the day to make yourself coffee/tea/cappuccino/hot chocolate!
• Staff: 7.5 Very nice, polite, ready to help if you look for some kind of advice where to go and what to do.
• Quietness: 2.5 Thin walls - you can hear the people in the room next to you. This is the only thing that needs improvement.
• Room: 7.5 Satisfactory in terms of size, with a double bed and an extra bed. Small LCD TV with around 60 TV channels, mostly Catalan- and Spanish-speaking.
• Value for money: 10 The hotel is excellent when you take the price into consideration
