• Positive: This hotel is very clean and organized, cozy. The employees are very kind. I got stomach sick and the lady who clean my room really make me feel like i was home and she helped me all the way! They gave me information about the city and what to do. Specially the young Front Desk Mngr, he was very knowledgeable and very professional. And the cafeteria food was great! The young man in the cafeteria was really great, I like it so much the attention, the food and the prices that i eat a lot here. Yes go and stay here, you will feel like staying in a Ritz hotel for less money. The attention/customer service was great.
• Negative: Only the part that I didnt have a coffee maker in my room. But I used to order coffee from the cafeteria and prices were very cheap.

• Cleanliness: 10 Was very clean, the ladies wanted to change sheets every day! shower very clean! love it
• Location: 10 Location was excellent, in the heart of the modern and college area. Very easy to take taxi, buses or metro
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The cafeteria in the hotel is a big plus! Food is good, healthy and very reasonable prices. The attention of the people in the cafeteria was excellent! They have machines for beverages and they will provide with what you need.
• Staff: 10 This is a plus. The personnel from Front Desk to Attendants and Cafeteria, all they were very kind, knowledgeable and also friendly! If they didnt know something, they will get answers for you later. When I needed help they were very courteous and helpful. I went there for my daughter's college study abroad and I didnt know the city, they helped me with maps, directions, all the way!!
• Quietness: 10 Yes, the area was quiet even though was in front of a major intersection. Also, people in the hotel were very quiet . I sleep very peacefully !
• Room: 7.5 The size of the room was perfect, very comfortable. It is not a very modern hotel, but you have all the good and comfortable things you need to stay there happy. My room was in the back of the hotel so I have another building in front of me. But the rooms with front view are awesome .
• Value for money: 10 I got more for what i paid. Why? Because this is a small hotel but the people treat you like you were are the Ritz! Clean, organized, good food, QUIET, and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE for less money ! I definitely recommend this hotel and I will return with my family!
