• Negative: Me alojé con mi mujer y mi hijo de 18 meses. En la reserva que realicé lo indique (tal y como se solicitaba a la hora de realizar la reserva), y cuando llegamos a la habitación del hotel, no había ninguna cuna para el bebé. No le dimos mayor importancia porque realmente cuando hice la reserva no solicité la cuna y aunque sí que indique que nos alojábamos con un bebé, entendimos que el error era nuestro y que para una noche que iba a durar nuestra estancia, mi hijo podía dormir entre los dos colchones que confirman la cama de matrimonio. La decepción vino a la mañana siguiente cuando le solicité a la recepcionista que por favor nos facilite una toalla para el bebé ya que no nos la habían incluido y su respuesta fue que la reserva solo incluía la ropa para dos adultos, que su superior no le dejaba dar más toallas, que yo debía haber indicado la solicitud de la cuña para que incluyesen la ropa de bebé. entonces ¿que sentido tiene que les tenga que indicar que viajo con un bebé de 18 meses si no me dan cuña ni toalla?….en fin, una decepción.
