  • Positive: La tranquilidad, limpieza, y sobretodo la amabilidad del chico que recepción (el altote) es sin duda la persona que mejor nos atendió del hotel siempre con una gran sonrisa y muy atento
  • Negative: Que por las mañanas el agua caliente de la ducha saliera amarilla... y uno de los días nos entregaron una de las toallas de aseo tenia una nota con celo que ponía rechazo del hotel barcelo....
