  • Cleanliness: 10 Cleaning staff are lovely and do a great job.
  • Location: 10 Location could not be better, right between El Born and Gothic.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast is in hotel next door, but this is totally fine.
  • Staff: 10 All staff were very lovely and helpful.
  • Quietness: 2.5 This hotel is in a great location, but don't stay in this area if you want quiet. Party central.
  • Room: 7.5 We had amazing room with balcony, but unlucky if you get 5th floor with no windows (only skylight).
  • Value for money: 7.5 Not bad value, but book directly on their website to get better deal and special offers.

  • Positive: the service - the Receptionists, francisco and xavi, were Absolutly amazing! they helped us with every thing we needed and were very very kind! the location which was at the gothic area and one step from the metro for travelling other locations was a huge bonus. also they have wireless which worked great.
  • Negative: the rooms are not fancy, but if you want to see barcelona and not staying too much time at the hotel, the price and the other adventage mentioned above are worth it.
