• Negative: just upon arrival we realized that quite some facilities were closed (rooftop bar, pool, fitnesscenter, bike rental) and we weren't properly informed about the Corona-related changes of the breakfast times. Shouldn't happen in superior hotels and with guests that are not aware of local rules. Glass door in toilet that can be left ajar but not closed, low water pressure in shower, dysfunctional water effluent in hand wash basin (has been repaired after asking for it twice).

• Cleanliness: 7.5 lipstick on one glass for the minibar-drinks
