• Negative: Que aun habiendo reservado con antelación, el día de llegada, me dijeran que no podíamos disfrutar de cama de matrimonio. Aun habiéndolo contratado yo anteriormente en la pagina web del hotel.

• Location: 5 Algún ascensor mas, para lo grande que es el hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 5 El parking es demasiado estrecho y pocas plazas para granditud del hotel.
• Staff: 10 El personal es muy amable y atento.
• Quietness: 7.5 No se escucha nada del exterior.
• Room: 7.5 La habitación esta bien.
• Value for money: 5 No esta mal, pero podían ajustar un poco el precio.

• Positive: La opción de aparcamiento y desayuno incluído en el precio es fantástica. El desayuno muy bien. Las habitaciones correctas.
• Negative: Se escuchaba demasiado el sonido en la habitación de al lado (arrastar de sillón y golpes en el suelo) y en el pasillo de la planta (la 5ª en mi caso) hacía un excesivo calor.
