• Positive: The location of the hotel. The landscaping and cleanliness/tidy ness. Spectacular view. Good food and most of all wonderful friendly staff. We had a most enjoyable stay and look forward to coming back soon.
• Negative: Having to pay deposit in towels. Considered this unnecessary. The fact that coffee machine was not available at dinner time therefore coffee would be an extra. Cheap trick!!!

• Cleanliness: 10 Pool area always immaculate each morning. Restaurants excellent.

• Staff: 10 All staff were excellent. Reception staff brilliant. Thomas, Miguel and Adan always prepared to help and always smiling. Hotel should be proud of staff.

• Room: 7.5 Was disappointed not to have a renovated room as shown in the internet when booking.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent overall just a little disappointed re not having renovated room
