• 客室について: 採点なし this was ridiculous: with the excuse that the hotel was full, we were given a single room, when we had booked a double. the room was ridiculously small: two people can not walk around the bed at the same time.

• ここが気に入らなかった: Wet spa was closed - this is the reason I had gone, and there was no note on internet when I booked warning me of this. Rooftop was closed for private use when I arrived. Pool was tiny. Room was like Holiday Inn, products were cheap. I expected more for the price.

• ここが気に入らなかった: The front staff were not as helpful as they could have been. I asked one question to 3 front staff and on the third attempt I got the help I needed. It seemed the first 2 guys wanted to pass the buck. (Maybe laziness or a pain for them to answer questions)

• ここが良かった: This was a one night stay prior to our cruise the following day. It was a perfect location to start our journey. When we returned to Barcelons 1 week later and our plane was delayed the hotel allowed us to store our bags and relax even though we were not then guests

• 清掃について: 10 This is a very clean , luxurious and well managed hotel
• 立地条件について: 10 The location was perfest for my wife and I to explore the sights of Barcelona. It is close to shops and restaurants and bus tours
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 We booked spa treatments and because the spa was closed the hotel arranged the treatments in our room
• スタッフ: 10 All staff are pleasant and very well trained. It was a pleasure to start off our holiday in this hotel

• 客室について: 10 The room was everything we expected and the bed was comfortable and air conditioned
