• Location: 10 10 minutes walk from bus station and from the city's main square, although uphill as everywhere in Toledo
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 out most of the time, so we did not really need any, except that they willingly kept our luggage before we settled in and after we left the room
• Staff: 10 very friendly contact, english and french spoken
• Quietness: 10 absolutely no problem
• Room: 10 the house in front was in poor condition, but our balcony was also right in front of the magnificent puerta del sol
• Value for money: 10 I would give the hotel a third star
