• Positive: The location was great! The check in staff and most were polite and helpful. The room was clean.
• Negative: Because we had a very late night, my child had an accident in bed. We got back late again and realized that the sheets were never changed, but the bed was made anyway! Disgusting! Since it was so late, I placed a towel on the bed for my child to sleep on. During check out, I was reprimanded because my child had an accident in the bed. I was told "We've never had a kid p*ss in the bed!" I was shocked to hear those actual words! The room I booked was the "Family Suite." She then proceeded to ask if I had a protective layer on her mattress?! While I did have a positive experience, my check out, was far from ideal. If booking for adults only, this place would work out. As far as being a family hotel, I strongly disagree.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Child wet bed and the sheets were not changed. Instead, the comforter was placed right back on top and we did not discover this until late night when we returned.

• Staff: 5 While some were helpful, others were quite rude, especially in their remarks about a young child who did nothing wrong, but have an accident in bed (we had just gotten off a long flight and had a late night).
