• Negative: No hay wifi, si quieres internet tienes que pagar por horas, son 6 euros 1 hora. Demasiado cutre para un hotel de 5 estrellas con Q de Calidad.

• Location: 5 La playa que tiene esta muy cerca pero es muy fea, es de rocas y esta muy sucia.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Sobre todo por las tumbonas de la piscina, no hay suficientes y aunque esta prohibido reservarlas, la gente lo hace y el socorrista no dice nada. Por otro lado no hay WIFI y si quieres internet tienes que pagar por horas el precio es de 6 euros por una hora.
• Staff: 5 Como en todos sitios, te encuentras gente amable pero tambien hay alguna que otra estupidilla sobre todo por recepcion.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 2.5 A nosotros nos asignaron la habitacion 109 que esta en la planta -1 y que el balcon miraba para una palmera y otros arboles que no te dejaban ver nada de nada. Por lo demas las habitaciones son espetaculares y muy bien equipadas.
• Value for money: 5 Para mantener las 5 estrellas le faltan algudos detalles importantes. Si reservas con tiempo puedes pillas buenos precios.

• Positive: Spa in hotel was fantastic and reason for selecting hotel. treatments were really good, and much cheaper than UK. All hotel staff were without exception incredibly helpful. Most spoke brilliant English.

• Cleanliness: 10 Slightly older hotel but very clean, and cleaning staff always working.
• Location: 5 We didn't leave the hotel! No need

• Staff: 10 Absolutely faultless!
• Quietness: 10 Only the evening church bell on Sunday.
• Room: 7.5 Room was large, quiet, clean and as we requested.
• Value for money: 7.5 Euro working against us but still overall good value for money
