• Cleanliness: 10 The ladies cleaning are like super maids.. they clean and clean
• Location: 2.5 While it’s centrally located, there’s absolutely nothing around except a MAS and the tram like 2.5 blocks away
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Gym is crap. Thirteenth floor restaurant is limited and you broil in the dining room. But like if playe and utensils are needed, they nickel and dime you to death. Three euros for plastic crappy plate and utensils .. come on
• Staff: 2.5 Front staff were great, bar staff at the other end of the spectrum. Snotty, unprofessional and unless you’re a local, don’t count on any resemblance of service
• Quietness: 7.5 Its near NOTHING, so yes it was quiet.
• Room: 5 Basic room, no thrills
• Value for money: 2.5 I think they’re are better places for the money.
