• Room: 5 The beds were very (too) firm. Shower handle unjustable. AC only had one working level and was very loud. It Also broke down.
• Value for money: 2.5 The food was very poor. We only ate fruit and salad most of the times. Breakfast was ok.

• Common facilities and services: 10 The reception staff was very friendly and helpfull,you can ask them everything and they tell you or fix it for you

The animation staff are the best the kids already missing alba, betty and the boy(forgot hiss name) special thanks to them for making our en the kids their holiday extra fun and unforgettible. • Location: 5 Playa del Ingles is nothing. Taxi is great and cheap, and gets you around the island for no money.

• Value for money: 10 We paid +-1250 all in for 2 adults 1 Child (2y). Thats a verry correct price. Book via website.
