• Negative: el servicio de comidas, los camaremos muy amables y atentos pero habían cocineros que las formas no eran las correctas. A las 21.00h no había cebolla cruda en la zona de ensaladas, se lo dijimos al camarero y muy amable nos dijo que hablaría con el cocinero, cuando habló con este la respuesta del cocinero dejo que desear " me da igual que no haya cebolla ahora no voy a cortar nada no hay y punto" y al darse la vuelta el camarero el cocinero le regalo un insulto que solo lo escuchamos los que estamos alrededor. Por lo demás todo muy bien posiblemente repetiremos.

• Negative: Loud music outside at the swimming pool area from 10.00 till 22.00 non stop. The room was near the swimming pool and when in the room it was not possible to escape the noise.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Maybe the swimming pool is nice but with the loud music the whole day a terrible place to stay longer than 15 minutes. Why producing loud music while anyone can you use their phone and earplugs for listening to music.
• Staff: 5 I was welcomed by a soldier and the first thing he shouted was : " pasport" .
• Quietness: Not rated Non stop music all day long from 10.00 till 22.00 at the swimming pool area. I felt ashamed for the clients staying in the neighbouring hotels.

• Value for money: 2.5 On the mainland of Spain and even in Las Palmas you get more quality for the same amount of money.
