• Cleanliness: 10 The room was cleaned to a very high standard and re-made most days (there was a chart which highlighted the "off" days.
• Location: 10 Loved that we could walk to two wonderful beaches, which were quiet enough for kids, calm waters and ample shops and restaurants to choose from (ideal when travelling with kids)
• Common facilities and services: 10 The buffet was vast and varied, easy simple food for kids, fresh fish and grills, always salads and healthy options and themed options daily.We never went hungry! Animation for the kids was great too.
• Staff: 10 The staff we came into contact with were lovely, kind and professional
• Quietness: 10 If we opened our bathroom window, we could hear the last of the animation at the bar, but it was never loud enough to be a problem, but we shut the window and all was silent. However we were very aware of how loud our suitcase wheels were as we arrived at midnight and had to roll past sleeping rooms via the slightly bumpy path! Sorry about our noise!
• Room: 10 Lovely size, superb shower, big enough that I could get in with my two kids and help them wash! Their bunks were great, although a little hard to get up the ladder, felt wobbly! Fantastic to have a tv & sofa, despite hardly using it. The balcony table and chairs & sunloungers were ideal! Loved the pull out washing line for our wet swimmers! Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Perfect kitchenette too. My only complaint was the beds/mattresses were all super soft, so woke up very achy every morning, I prefer a firm-hard mattress, so I'm aware this is a personal preference, the beds may well be perfect for someone else. I would also have liked a double, rather than twins, which although pushed together were still very separate.
• Value for money: 10 We were fed, watered and sunned beautifully.

• Negative: La comida estaba buena, pero habia poca variedad. Empleados del fin de semana, dejaba que desear mucho, la recepcionista de la noche, no hablaba español. El desayuno era hasta las 10.30 y empezaron a retirar la comida a las 10.10, aun quedando gente. Los baños de la piscina, sin limpiar. Habitacion con hormigas en el salón.

• Positive: La comida del buffet a la hora de las comidas principales.
• Negative: El horario y poca variedad de la comida en el snack-bar piscina y la zona de las piscinas. Las piscinas no eran muy grandes y además muchos huéspedes metían diferentes colchonetas y jugaban a la pelota dentro de la piscina(y no eran las actividades que hacía el personal del hotel).

• Room: 2.5 Me hubiera gustado que me tocara en una habitación de las ya reformadas. Pondría televisión en la habitación,ya que a muchas personas,yo incluida,nos gusta ver la televisión desde la cama. En cuanto al baño,a mi bañera se le salía el agua y llegaba fuera del baño.
• Value for money: 2.5 Me hubiera gustado que el snack-bar de la piscina,hubiera tenido más variedad de comida y diferentes tipos según la hora que fuera. Ya que a las 5 dejaban de servir comida en el snack-bar y tenías que esperar hasta la cena

• Positive: Por lo general todo. Recepcion trato exquisito. Habitacion muy bien y camadas comodas y muy limpias. Instalaciones bastante bien aunque la picina necesita una lavada de cara. Comida bastante variada y de calidad aceptable. Animacion entretenida y con un chico moreno de gafas muy divertido y entregado. Tambien habia una chics llamada Adriana muy amable.
• Negative: Una camarera llamada Marie muy borde que trataba al cliente como si el servisio no se hubiera pagada, hasta el punto que no ibamos a barra si estaba ella.
