• Positive: Canal+ en la habitación y la cama king size
• Negative: La limpieza.. al llegar nos dimos cuenta de que en el wc sólo habia un rollo de papel empezado, por lo que le preguntamos a la mujer de la limpieza que si nos podia dar otro y nos lo dió sin mas; las tazas que hay junto a una "tetera" sobre la mesa estaban sucias con restos de café y bajo la cama habia pelusas al igual que en el techo y los laterales del armario (lo que dá una ligera sospecha de que no sé limpió adecuadamente). En general, sin tener en cuenta lo mencionado anteriormente, la estancia fué "normal", aunque si el hotel fuera mio, siendo un **** lo mantendria mas curioso.

• Negative: price could have been a bit cheaper for 1 week excluding breakfast. we arrived at 11 am and could not enter the room since check in started at 12pm and this was a bit of an inconvenience given that we were not given the room for just an hour.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 the room ingeneral was always clean but some dust used to be noticed everytime we went in the room
• Location: 5 takes some time to get to other locations apart from the city centre
• Common facilities and services: 10
• Staff: 7.5 the majority of the staff was good and well informed about the city, but some of the staff could have been more prepared cause when I asked some questions they advised me to go to an information office instead of helping at the reception. Some of the staff used to stare at the reception while we were waiting and that was a bit disappointing
• Quietness: 10 the hotel was always quiet especially being in a busy street we never complained since the windows are soundproofed
• Room: 10 the room was perfect my only complaint was that when we bought extra drinks such as water etc since we walked alot to see more attraction sites 2 bottles of water were given instead of 4 and shampoos and shower gels were not given everyday.
• Value for money: 5 Overall it wasn't of high standard but for a 4* accommodation it could have been a bit better since the price was a bit high without breakfast and the location wasn't that central at all... the room and the free drinks were a bonus so I think that compensates.
