• Positive: a room wich was big and confortable, friendly reception, breakfast was good - price very, very nice and all we liked this Hotel. It is just 10 minutes by walk to nice post building and North Railway station wich are very beautiful

• Positive: Good value for money, well positioned, spacious room and bathroom. Parking directly underneath hotel - 15 Euros/24 hours. Did not use dining room so cannot comment.

• Positive: preferencias respetadas y detalle de bienvenida.
• Negative: el trato de los recepcionistas (eran un chico y una chica que era la primera vez que los veia, desde hace años que me alojo en su estimado hotel) en el check-in: demasiadas indagaciones sobre si iba a alojarme solo o acompañado cuando siempre reservo una doble para dos personas. Como me registré como una sola persona me asignaron una habitación con 1 sola toalla. Llame a recepción y me dijeron que como era solo una persona que para que quería 2 toallas (cuando reservo y pago una doble). Y otra cosa más, es que siempre desde que hicieron el hotel de no fumador, los recepcionistas muy amablemente me han proporcionado un cenicero en la habitación y este recepcionista se nego rotundamente a facilitármelo, incluso pedí hablar con el director y tampoco me lo facilitó. Llevo muchos años alojándome en su establecimiento todos los meses y es la primera vez que recibo este trato impersonal.
