• Positive: Senator hotel informed us from the moment the Cornona crisis started. For us It was not possible to travel to Spain. They would contact us. At that time they had their hands full to inform all customers. We were kept informed about the handling in the meantime. We are more than happy with the way the cancellation has been handled.
