• Positive: LA AMABILIDAD DEL CHICO QUE NOS RECIBIÓ Y SUS CONSEJOS, LLEGAMOS A LAS 12,30 DE LA NOCHE DEL VIERNES Y NOS ATENDIÓ COMO SI FUESE PRIMERA HORA.

• Location: 10 PARA NOSOTROS GENIAL PORQUE ESTÁBAMOS DONDE QUERÍAMOS, PERO PARA EL CENTRO DE VALENCIA UN POCO MENOS ADECUADO.
• Common facilities and services: 10 NO PUEDO SER OBJETIVA AQUÍ PUESTO QUE ESTÁBAMOS EN UNA SUITE Y ESTA VALORACIÓN DEBE MEDIRSE EN HABITACIONES ESTANDAR, PERO SI NOSOTROS ESCUCHÁBAMOS PERFECTAMENTE A LAS OTRAS HABITACIONES Y EL AIRE, SUPONGO QUE EN LAS ESTÁNDAR SERÍA MUY RUIDOSO, ADEMÁS DABAN DIRECTAS AL PASILLO.

• Positive: Estaba cerca de la estacion nord.
• Negative: No parece un 4 Estrella, Los tres dias que pase con mis hijos nadie me pregunto si mi estancia iba bien, en la habitacion ningun detalle Para mis hijos, El jabon no sufficiente Para Los que eramos en fin dcepcionada de saberlo no lo escojeria. Lo escoji por la categoria y es verdad lo que dicen. El personal para ser un 4 estrella no da la talla, no son exactamente amables ni dedicados al servicio. El hotel no tiene ningun lujo, y Los Canales Internacional son las mas basicas y no tener un smart TV no se explica ni un mando para cambiar los programas de idioma. Que la habitaciòn no tuviera un smart TV y la wifi no es muy buena. Por ultimo imperdonable que un "hotel de 4 estrella" cobre por una conecion wifi Mas rapido. Al final no se que diferencia hay porque hay hotels de menos categoria en la que hubiera estado mejor atendida.
