Las piscinas y toboganes, la amabilidad del personal de recepción (en especial Rosanna) y limpieza. Nos ofrecieron a la llegada cambiar de una habitación doble con vistas a la autovía a un apartamento con vistas a la piscina sin cargo adicional. Solicitamos secador y nos lo dieron en el momento, al igual que cuna para el bebé. Apartamento en muy buen estado. Cafeteras Nespresso en el desayuno.

Buffet de la cena muy escaso, poca variedad. Casi ningún producto tenía la etiqueta para saber que era, por lo que no sabes lo que es estás comiendo. Precio abusivo en bebidas (1L agua 2,80€) Buffet desayuno algo mejor, pero tampoco en exceso.

Tardaron 4 días en arreglar la TV y el tostador.
Tras completar la promoción de conseguir 50 puntos VIP por poner reseñas en TripAdvisor y en Google Maps me han dado solo 20 puntos y nadie me explica el porqué. Muy mal servicio al cliente en general.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación haciendo imposible el descanso en la misma, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes por lo que no pudimos disfrutarla.

It is not an establishment with the category which it is advertised. You should review the category to avoid possible future problems

The staff I deal with is not really technically prepared noor knows how to treat the Client. They do not have the knowledge or ability to solve any situation that may arise.
The hotel has one single person (Martin was his name) responsible at night for the entire hotel (80 rooms and 110 apartments) to solve any incidents which may ocurr during the night shift. This is not typical service provided by 4 star hotel.
Reception team does not know how to issue an invoice properly and had to be issued (the invoice) by the reception manager
