The greeting on arrival by Rosanna. It was the start to a great holiday

Dogs barking especially when the owners were out and left them alone in apartments. The cleaning could be improved - the same bucket of water was used for several apartments transferring smells. The beds in the apartments could be improved to the same quality as hotel. English TV channels, especially for longer stays - remotes in apartments didn't allow this. Furniture starting to show signs of ware in apartments.

From our greeting by Rosanna to everyone we spoke to, it was excellent. The staff make this hotel and apartments better. Without them, it would be average

Apartments starting to show signs of ware. Beds and Sofa not comfortable. No English TV channels available in apartments. This is ok for a short holiday or the summer but for longer stays in the Winter, it is necessary. The competition is with Roda and Mar Menor Golf Resort, both of these are more comfortable for longer stays

We booked directly with Senator and found that it is cheaper to book through a discount website. This is unfortunate - surely the hotel should always provide the best price
