• Positive: La atención del personal excelente. La ubicación del hotel muy céntrica. Muchos sitios donde comer y tomar una copa. Muy bien insonorizado con el exterior. Las habitaciones silenciosas y las Suites muy acogedoras.
• Negative: El garaje del hotel "imposible" para coches de tamaño mediano y/o grande. Pero a 100 metros hay dos públicos a muy buen precio.

• Negative: I booked rooms for myself and colleagues for work purposes and paid the extra to have the flexibility to change the booking. The hotel makes you pay up front. Then if you need to change the booking, in our case leave a day early and giving plenty of pre advice time, the hotel refuses to refund the money. The staff hide behind a Reservations Dept that are uncontactable and refuse an entitled refund. You get the run around pretence of getting a refund until the moment you leave, then they refuse point blank. I have instructed colleagues and consultants that are paid by our company never to use this hotel again.
