• Cleanliness: 10 Very high standard of cleanliness through out the hotel.
• Location: 10 Main reason to stay in this hotel is its location - right in centre of old town but close to bus and train depots.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Standard 4* hotel facilities - we didn%27t use the spa so can%27t comment on them.
• Staff: 5 we had some problems which were not addressed eg TV channels not tuned in. Also in the bar my friend was charged 8.75 euros for a gin & tonic - as they provided the most expensive gin (unasked for). This was a bit of a sickener.
• Quietness: 5 Not much hotel can do if you want to have a room with street view, we didn%27t mind the outside noise. Inside was very quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Room size was good this time - last year my friend%27s room was too small.
• Value for money: 5 I think that the rooms should be graded and priced accordingly - some are excellent size and good value for money, while others are small and stuffy but still cost the same.

• Negative: No tener un detalle especial con los clientes con respecto a los servicios de hostelería y de recreo que forman parte del hotel. Un quince por ciento de descuento en el spa para los clientes es insuficiente, así como el no ofrecerte el desayuno gratis relacionado con el precio de las habitaciones del hotel.

• Cleanliness: 10 Simplemente perfecta y excelente.
• Location: 10 A cinco minutos andado de todos los puntos de interés turístico y empresarial de la ciudad de Cádiz. Sólo un poco distanciado, pues se necesita coger transporte, del Estadio Ramón De Carranza.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Está todo a mano con una sobresaliente calidad.
• Staff: 10 El personal es la joya del hotel, el valor más importante que lo revalorarizaría a un cinco estrellas superior. Educado, sincero, amable, eficiente y eficaz en el servicio y trato al público.
• Quietness: 7.5 Tranquilidad excepto por charlas un poco molestas a altas horas de la noche y tempranas horas de la madrugada en el patio central del hotel.
• Room: 10 Buenísima mezcla entre lo clásico y moderno en habitaciones espaciosas y muy cómodas.
• Value for money: 10 Muy buenos detalles relacionados con un precio no muy elevado del hotel.
