• Positive: La situacion en que se encontraba (proximo al centro) El hall era bonito i confortable.
• Negative: Dificil acceso, poca comodidad para acceder con poca señalizacion. Ascensor poco cuidado (sucio de defecaciones de pajaro en los cristales exteriores y mal mantenimiento en las puertas de cristal. Instalaciones antiguas (televisor, entrada piscina, etc) Las camas que se solicitaron de matrimonio resultaron ser individuales. Mala relacion calidad-precio.

• Location: 7.5 Cercanias puntos de interes y alrededores muy bien. Mal acceso al hotel en general.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Instalaciones poco modernas y servicio correcto.El SPA no entra en el precio de la habitacion aunque es muy cara.
• Staff: 7.5 Bien en general excepto en el desayuno trato poco amable.
• Quietness: 10 La insonorizacion de la habitacion correcta.
• Room: 5 Tamaño y estado correctos, equipamiento algo obsoleto (televisor, camas aunque comodas), vista fatal.
• Value for money: 2.5 No hay buena relacion calidad/precio, carisimo por todo en general.

• Negative: The dirty spa with mould, grit, old plasters, tissues, old hair ties and even a cigarette butt in the sauna. nice! plus the attitude of the staff was delightful when you could drag then away from the internet. I have been to the spa on anumber of occasions each time hoping that the experience was a one off because its busy but this is not the case
