• Positive: I used the chain hotel before, twice in Madrid (Senator Espana gran via 70) and once in Barcelona. The first time in Madrid I was very happy, good service, good quality and good value. I was very disappointed both by the Madrid and the Barcelona hotels this time.
• Negative: In Madrid the staff was not helping at all. The room was not clean. In Barcelona the room was not clean.

• Cleanliness: Not rated The bathroom was not cleaned on Friday the 16th. My dry cleaning asked for delivery on Friday did not arrive before Saturday morning (the day of my departure) and my cloths were not properly cleaned.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 As I said I arrived on Wednesday and asked if I had to give my cloths that day or Thursday morning to have them ready for Friday. They guarantee me that by leaving the cloths on Thursday morning they were going to be ready by Friday. As explained that was not what happened. I received them on Saturday.
