• Negative: La atención del personal de recepción, les pedí que por favor me avisen en cuanto llegue el taxi para trasladarme al aeropuerto y no lo hicieron y yo estuve al frente de ellos, nada les costaba comunicar al señor de la Van que había una persona que tenia que ir al aeropuerto. No fueron amables, luego de ello les pedí que me llamaran un taxi y me dijeron que no podían que ellos no hacen ese trabajo ( no se como se llama el señor que me atendió, pero es un señor blanco, algo delgado)... Se siente mucha impotencia y rabia que en otro país no seas bien tratado por un servicio en donde uno está pagando. Pienso que ese es el trabajo de los señores, para ello son contratados.... La verdad no dan ganas de recomendar o regresar a su hotel, por el trato de señores como el que me atendió.

• Negative: Cleanliness in the common areas. Sofa in lobby is ripped the outside grounds and dining area's are dirty and not picked up often. The bed was very hard and when sitting up reading the bed would slide away from the wall.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 The room was clean but the common areas of the hotel were not. I have pictures of dirty and ripped lobby sofa, rug that needs vacuum outside dining with dishes on the tables for hours, the outside ashtray filled with trash.
