• Positive: Habitaciones amplias. Luminosas. Aceptable aislamiento acústico. Limpieza. Buena atención al cliente. Cercanía del aeropuerto. Transporte gratuito al aeropuerto.
• Negative: Somos clientes desde muchos años atrás. Ya en la época de Tryp Diana. Estamos encantados con el hotel. No obstante, en nuestra estancia en agosto de 2019 y enero de 2019, hemos de lamentar un hecho desagradable: entraba en la habitación un desagradable olor a tabaco durante toda la noche que nos ha impedido descansar adecuadamente. Y sintiéndolo mucho, a nuestro pesar, si esta situación no se corrige, trataremos de buscar otro alojamiento.
