• Location: 7.5 Convenient to the airport, easy street parking, easy access to metro and to plenty of restaurants and shopping.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 You should be embarrassed to ask 12E for that breakfast. Easily the worst I saw in Spain in two weeks, ranging from 6E to 14E and all were better.
• Staff: 10 The night desk lady was very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 Room was described as "soundproofed" but that was a big overstatement, but for a European hotel it wasn't bad at all.
• Room: 5 Some basic amenities like a coffee pot and clothes iron would have made the experience much nicer.
• Value for money: 10 Basic but clean and the price was worth what we got.
