• Room: 7.5 WE BOOKED SUITE 401 BUT WAS GIVEN 301 AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS NO GUARANTEES BUT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THIS UNTIL WE GOT TO THE HOTEL WAS OFFERED SUITE 601 NEXT DAY BUT STILL NOT HAPPY SO WE HAD TO STAY WERE WE WERE AT THE SAME COST.

• Location: 10 Great location with wonderful views from the rooftop terrace of the harbour and cathedral

• Staff: 10 We received a warm welcome and found all staff friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 10 Very pleased with the lack of noise, no doubt assisted with having rooms at the rear of the hotel
• Room: 7.5 Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Rooms a little lacking in storage space. One room had another balcony at 90 degrees to it, so it lacked the usual level of privacy
• Value for money: 7.5 Not cheap but it is a 4 star hotel with facilities to match, in an ideal location for shopping, sightseeing etc.
