• Positive: The location! Fantastic to be so close to the Eiffel Tower and numerous metro stops at such a good rate :D
• Negative: A nice bit if noise in the morning from the street below but I can't really blame ye for that. Perhaps a thicker wall considering it's location would be my only suggestion.

• Cleanliness: 10 Can't complain at all! And any little thing we used was replaced the next day, from a biscuit from the tea facilities to new towels.
• Location: 10 Brilliant! Fantastic! Wonderful! I will be telling anyone looking to go to Paris to go to your hotel for its wonderful location! The first day we went for a look around and found the Eiffel Tower a few minutes around the corner, couldn't have been a better surprise! And the metro lines were a stones throw away! Not one, but 3 lines just around the corner! So happy with this location :)
• Common facilities and services: 10 Not 100% sure what this is rating, but as everything was almost perfect I'm sure this was excellent.
• Staff: 10 Really lovely and helpful! My boyfriend asked about where to get good crepes and came back with almost too much choice! :) the only tiny thing, which isn't even worth taking a rating off, was the safe. When we couldn't get it to work with the password we had been given, we told the reception who simply took the piece of paper and didn't give and explanation. Turns out we had to wait til Monday for the manager to open it, but it would have been a help to have been told that the first time. But as I said, it was the only tiny hiccup, every member of staff we met were lovely and nice. Same even knew our room number before we said it!! :)
• Quietness: Not rated I really hate to give a bad rating on anything but the outside noise was the only let down of the entire stay. Inside there wasn't a peek! It was so quite, I'm afraid we were the ones making too much noise! Outside however was very difficult to sleep through, especially early in the morning. Deliveries would block up the street, causing other motorists to beep. This was every morning. I'm a heavy sleeper and noise generally wouldn't bother me, but this was too much, too early.
• Room: 10 Everything we needed. Especially the shower, my boyfriend was so so impressed with it! I may have seen more of Paris if it wasn't so good! :P
• Value for money: 10 Just wonderful; location, facilities, friendliness! It really had it all. I can't comment on the breakfast cause we didn't get it. We got such a good deal, I had prepared myself for the worse but Hotel Saphir really out-did itself! :)
