• Staff: 5 I marked it as "average" in order to be fair to nice ladies in the reception and in breakfast saloon. However, I had a BAD experience with the man in the reception on 23 June 2015! When I asked for the invoice, he behaved as if he scolded me!!! First of all, during check-out, I tried to ask him to add my project details on the invoice. But he always interrupted me and said "just a second madam, don't make me confused. I am making check-out!" Then he gave me a small piece of paper instead of invoice saying that this would be enough! I realized that the project details was not included. He said that it is too late, you need to say it before!!!!! So ridiculous!!! Also, the check-out time was wrong! When I asked for the second time, he finally gave me the real invoice!!! I dont understand why he behaved like that! I have to say that he was so rude and undiscerning!!!!

• Negative: The reception consciously gave me a so called invoice. It is an illegal invoice on which the check out date was wrong. When I insisted to give me the invoice with correct check in and check out dates , he finally prepared a legal invoice. It took much time to guide him to prepare a legal invoice.

• Staff: 2.5 I was not serviced at the request and asked to come back later.
• Quietness: Not rated Windows are not soundproof, streetsounds are coming in. Movement on hallway was clearly heard. No possibility to sleep over 08:00 AM - the room service becomes active.
• Room: Not rated Very small room, very small bathroom. The toilet was not meant for grown up person. It was not possible to get on the seat in normal way and the position was really unconfortable.
• Value for money: Not rated Poor hotel, with poor services exploiting only the good location.
