• Location: 10 ラ・コンチャ湾も旧市街もとっても近くて、便利！
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 近隣で気軽にカフェが出来る所がないのでロビーでカフェが頼めるのが助かった。
• Staff: 10 とてもフレンドリーで温かいもてなしをしてくれたお陰で安心感があった。
• Quietness: 10 深夜までバルに行っているので気にならない。バルコニー前の工事は気になった。

• Value for money: 7.5 繁忙期で値段が上がっていたので、価格の割に施設内設備はカジュアルだった。

• Quietness: Not rated There was a holiday week which wasn’t mentioned to the gasts and there was a huge stage which terrible music untill 03.00 in the morning. No warning in front and the reaction after complaining was: Last year it was worse because then the stage was in front of the hotel..... Full payment, no reaction in front and afterwards even worse.
