• Staff: 10 Met by one of the owners on arrival and shown where to park. Then the owner had the house staff take our luggage while she personally took us to our rooms rather than a porter. The staff could not have been more helpful
• Quietness: 10 This family run Hotel is in old part of Ronda which means it is quiet at night once the tourists returned to the new town
• Room: 7.5 Very generous rooms although the bed was a bit on the firm side.
