• Positive: The staff (in particular Oscar Martin pm- we asked for a cloister room and was willing to check the options and finally did get teh cloister room for us ) are always very welcoming and helpful at the front desk , bar and breakfast .This is my second visit in 9 months and would like to be able to come at least once or twice a year as a feel very comfortable and relaxed at your splendid Hotel. I will recommend it to any one that wants to go to Segovia. Keep up the excellent work !
