• Negative: the beds were the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in - the pillows were totally hard

• Cleanliness: 2.5 room wasn't cleaned properly and the beds were not made properly - just the cover pulled over so they looked as if they were made

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 had Wifi that rarely connected
• Staff: Not rated
• Quietness: 5 rather a lot of outside noise, but the hotel itself was quiet

• Value for money: 2.5 was expensive - but I guess that is Paris

• Positive: We had a basic room with only a washbasin, but for a short stay it was perfect, The rate for the centre of Paris is brilliant. Next time I will go for an en-suite, for only 10 Euros extra.
• Negative: The bed was a small Double, we could have done with one slightly bigger.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Room cleaned and towels changed every day.
• Location: 7.5 In the 2nd Arrondisement, close to the Opera and between Metro stops Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg Saint-Denis. A great location.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Shared toilets and Shower were clean enough, a vending machinw and large Flat screen TV in the Lounge/Breakfast room.
• Staff: 10 Each member of staff we met were very helpfull and Freindly.
• Quietness: 7.5 As the hotel is on a side street there is minimal noise, just the odd passing scooter, or street cleaner!
• Room: 5 A basic room, with a small TV and a washbasin was fine, however the double bed was a little small.
• Value for money: 10 My wife and I have been to this hotel twice now for "long" Rugby weekends, for the centre of Paris it's great VFM! We will definitely go back again.
