• Negative: Being told on the morning that I was leaving to get cash from an ATM with a credit card,because the credit card machine was not working.They got it working and this was resolved

• Positive: Free Internet. Very friendly front desk staff. Nice breakfast with big cup of coffee. Cleaning staff who fixed up my room very nicely.
• Negative: Guests were not allowed to take their room keys with them and the hotel locked its doors at 1 a.m. Thus guests could not arrive after 1 a.m. and if you wanted to leave before 6 a.m., you were locked inside. I seriously wonder what would happen in case of a fire in the middle of the night: would the guests be locked inside?
