    "We are really sorry that your room hasn't been cleaned one day. There is only two reasons for that trouble : the housekeeping is done only before 12 o'clock and the key has to be let at the desk when you go out. Our hotel is really in the historical center of the city and is quite quiet for the location, so it is possible with window open to hear the other guests snoring."
