• Cleanliness: 7.5 Clean rooms but holes in towels is never nice.
• Location: 10 Marais is a great spot.
• Common facilities and services: 5 didn't really take advantage of this.
• Staff: 5 Owner was lovely. The other staff were blah.
• Quietness: 7.5 We had a room facing the inside garden so it was quiet. Pity we can't say the same about other guests on the night! Paper thin walls.
• Room: 2.5 small rooms. OK for 1-2 night stay.
• Value for money: 2.5 very simple hotel so i would say a bit overpriced.
