• Cleanliness: 7.5 Everything was very clean.
• Location: 5 Located in a quiet area a little far from the heart of the city. It%27s just 10 minutes walking from the Champes Elysees, so it worked for me.
• Common facilities and services: 5 I did not use any common area.
• Staff: 7.5 Fast and efficient.
• Quietness: 7.5 Quiet area as I said before.
• Room: 7.5 The room was quite good. Recently refurbished: flat tv, comfortable bed. The bathroom would need some improvement.

• Staff: 5 Staff at the reception were very polite and very helpful. Staff at the breakfast room were very impolite, never smiled, and served us in the most unpleasant way. Cleaners were always noisy, never smiled or said goodmorning when met at the corridors. Very unpleasant.
• Quietness: Not rated Terrible experience. Apparently, there is no sound insulation whatsoever in this building. Like paper walls. Perhaps the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.
• Room: 2.5 Room very small. Blankets and bed covers in very bad condition. Unacceptable for this price band.
• Value for money: Not rated Absolutely not. This room was not worth more than 120 Euros. The location was the only plus point.
