• Cleanliness: Not rated On our first entry to the room the floor had hairs in the corners and inside the bed, the room had visible dust on the bed and bathroom counter.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated The pillows were uncomfortable, the linens were rough. When I complained about the poorly functioning air conditioning system which required a room key and I complained they only provided us one room key, the front desk clerk didn't tell me I could request a second room key to leave in the room to keep the air conditioning running. It was only a few days later that a friend suggested it to me that I asked and the hotel front desk gave me a second key.
• Staff: Not rated We called from our room to request more toilet paper and a towel, and the front desk person told us to ask the cleaning staff who were "probably" on our floor instead of just arranging for it to be sent to our room as we requested.

• Value for money: Not rated We stayed 9 days and paid between $110 to $130 Euros depending on the day of the week which we found overpriced with the poor experience.
