• Negative: Hard bed and dark bedroom facing onto communal corridor, given this was a junior suite - very disappointing.

• Positive: The personel was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the access to the beach was unsurpassable.
• Negative: The meals at the evening buffet were mediocre at best. The diversity was great, however the quality of the meals was really not outstanding. My girlfriend and me, we both are not picky eaters and even though we found typically only one or two main-dishes and side dishes which were delicious. In the morning the buffet was great, with one exception: The bacon was mostly rancid and chlorous.

• Location: 7.5 The bay is just one set of hotels, this is not so appealing. Howerver in the season we were there, the beach was quiet and uncrowded, which was very pleasant.
• Common facilities and services: 10 We didn't use the gym, since we did not have the matching clothes. And the daily entertainment at the pool we missed, since we did not know about it. It was only advertised in the elevator and - sportive as we are ;-) - we didn't use it until the last day
• Staff: 10 Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pool or meeting the chambermaid: The complete personel was very friendly, professional and dedicated.
• Quietness: 7.5 It was quiet, yes. However the accoustical isolation between the service corridor and the bedroom was minimal. If you do what couples sometimes do in the bed, the whole service personel can participate (at least accoustically)
• Room: 7.5 In general great. However our living room was huge and on the other hand the bath was very tiny. The fridge and tableware in the living room are great ideas, but: how to clean them? Wait until the room service cleans it with probably the same equipment as the rest of the room?
• Value for money: 7.5 I'd give fife points if the food was better...
