• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: Rooms and food and restaurant staff and reception staff. Location. Good bed and pillows. Power shower good.
• Negative: Sunbeds being reserved. Lack of morning sun on pool, thus freezing cold. Noise from rooms above as people get up early or come in late. Very rude bar manager who got stroppy when we pointed out that the ingredients advertised in the day cocktail were not as advertised and cheap substitutes were being used. Eg the advertised cointreau was not... It was a cheap orange liquor substitute. The bar staff were good though. Just the manager with the heavy tattooed legs. Charging for room coffee, pool towel and safe use is not welcome.

• Value for money: 2.5 Incredibly expensive hotel compared to other we have stayed in around the world. €250 per night for what is best a €100 per night property. Benidorm supply and demand we guess. Adults only and no stag/Hen policy is good however.
