• Negative: I am a regular customer (4/5 times a year). I always request a pool side -south facing room and my request is always responded to positively. On this occasion it was not and the receptionist was less than helpful. Her attitude was not professional.

• Positive: Room was very good, although shower controls were stiff and difficult to operate. Restaurant food was very good and varied. Hotel staff , in the main , were pleasant and helpful.
• Negative: Having stayed here on 4/5 occasions, we have never been informed that we could have discounted prices on drinks in the show lounge by showing your room keycard. The entertainment although of a high standard has become far more repetitive - one act appeared on 3 occasions on the 7 nights.

• Location: 10 It’s far enough but close enough to the nightlife and the beach is within a 10 mon walk.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Brilliant
• Staff: 10 Courteous and helpful. The waiter was great at breakfast and dinner saving us a larger table.
• Quietness: 10 Perfect sleep well
• Room: 10 Loved our room with the round window
