• Negative: It is very difficult to get to by car as it is located inside the pedestrian area. Having found it the Receptionists are charmless to the point of plain rude. The parking is very difficult unless the car park is empty and you can drive over other spaces. The rooms are concrete and ugly. I was then stuck in the lift last Friday night, for over three quarters of an hour, as the lift jerked its way from 4 down to - 2, where sometime later I was hauled out of the gap in the door by my left arm, v painful. No apology other than the front desk refusing to let me see the manager or putting me through to him when I rang in the afternoon from Madrid. They didn't charge me for the Parking!! I was told the lift wasn't their fault and anyway I wasn't stuck for very long! I missed dinner with my friends as no-one knew where I was. I've had no reply to my email to the manager. In fact I who have never complained about an hotel in my life, can confidently say that this hotel is the worst and nastiest place I've ever staying in in my life and incredibly expensive for such a ghastly experience.

• Negative: Su mala insonorizacion acustica, el ruido de la calle desde las 10:00 hasta las 6:00 am, y eso que mi habitacion estaba en la tercera planta. Horrible, no dormimos, se escuchaba cada ducha, cada cisterna. No volveremos.

• Positive: El trato del personal y la estructura del edificio, muy bonito.
• Negative: La comida no se debe servir nunca fría, cuando se trata de platos calientes. En la dos ocasiones, tanto en la cena de Nochevieja, que se podría quizás..., entender, como en Año nuevo, así ocurrió. Se comentó a la persona responsable, pero parece ser, que fue nuestra mesa, solo, la que se quejó ¿Es creíble? Dejo abierta la pregunta. De todas formas, gracias por la estancia. Aunque sigo pensando que se podría haber hecho algo más al respecto.
