"Thank you for your comments, we feel much the issue of sewage smell, but is an issue beyond our control, sometimes it can happen that up smell the bathroom, this is because we are located in the old part of the city and problem comes from the public sewer. Also to noise pollution, on future occasions we advise advise us in advance to offer a quieter interior room. Sorry many drawbacks. Anna Ruiz. Dept. Of customer service."
